During our co-exist class today, the instructors tasked us with reflecting on personal instances where either we were treated with kindness or extended kindness to others. They encouraged us to visualize these moments using a heart-shaped thoughts template, allowing for creative expression through drawings, doodles, or typography.
While initially seeming like a simple task akin to junior-level work, the exercise proved to be more challenging than expected. It was difficult to recall instances of experiencing kindness, leading to a sense of melancholy as I wondered if such moments even existed in my memories. However, with time, I managed to recollect certain instances where I had offered support to others, serving as a reminder of the potential for kindness within us all.
