Week 1 - Co-Exist 3/4/2024

Today, our lecturers provided us with a briefing on the semester project titled "Is It Kind?" In this collaborative project, we are tasked with working alongside students from other departments such as fashion design and interior design to develop a proposal addressing a specific issue within a designated area. My group and I have decided to focus on addressing the challenges faced at bus stops in the SS15 area, particularly regarding insufficient shelter from heavy rain. To kickstart our proposal, we sketched an initial concept featuring a fan-like roof suspended from the trees. Our primary objective is to improve shelter conditions for both the homeless and individuals in need at bus stops. The provided image serves as one of the references that may inspire our project.
